1. Service Description

Mirrra is a manifestation platform built on cognitive science. We provide software tools — including a manifestation coaching chat, subliminal audio builder, saturation sessions, and goal-tracking features — to help users build mental clarity and make consistent progress toward what they're working to manifest.

2. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Mirrra offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our secure payment processors. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

4. Disclaimer

Mirrra's coaching feature is AI-assisted. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

1. Information Collection

We collect your email address and name during registration. We also collect anonymized usage data related to your coaching interactions to refine our AI models and personalize your experience.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely to maintain the service, process transactions, and improve coaching insights. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your privacy is our priority.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our service. This includes:

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management.
• Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics (GA-4) to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and anonymized.
• Advertising cookies — we use Google AdSense to display ads on our site. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the service.

5. Third-Party Services

Mirrra uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics — website analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google AdSense — advertising (Google Privacy Policy)
• Dodo Payments — payment processing

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The request must come from the original account used to make the purchase
• The request must include a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, billing errors, or inability to access the service)
• The account must not have engaged in excessive or abusive usage of the service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Significant usage of the service has already occurred
• The request is made after the 7-day period
• The purchase was made in error but the service has already been used
• Violation of our Terms of Service

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. To request a refund, please contact us at support@mirrra.app with your account and purchase details.

Deleting specific data (account stays active)

From within the app, you can permanently delete individual items without affecting the rest of your account:

• Chat conversations — delete any conversation from the chat menu
• Subliminals — delete any saved subliminal from your library
• Scripts — delete any script from Scripting Studio

These deletions are instant and permanent, and your account and plan are unaffected.

Deleting your entire account

Open the Mirrra app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This is instant and does not require contacting support.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@mirrra.app from the address on your account and describe what you'd like deleted — specific data, or your entire account. We will confirm and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, chat history, scripts, subliminals, and saturation and challenge activity. This cannot be undone.

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first (in the app under Billing, or via the App Store / Google Play subscription settings) — accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted until it is canceled.
